CONCURSO DE ESCAPARATES EN LA SEMANA CULTURAL

          De nuevo los alumnos de Actividades Comerciales nos sorprenden por su creatividad y profesionalidad en la elaboración de escaparates; en la mañana del pasado jueves, 17 de marzo,  desarrollaron el tradicional concurso de la Semana Cultural, el concurso de escaparates, en el que participaron como jurado, dos empresarios de la localidad, Mari Ángeles de la librería San Mar y Carlos de la floristería Campánula, y el técnico del área joven del Ayuntamiento de Santa Marta de Tormes.

      WINDOW DECORATION CHALLENGE DURING THE CULTURAL WEEK

Once again, Commercial Activities students surprised us with their creativity and professionalism producing and designing shops windows.

Last Thursday morning, March 17th, they developed the traditional challenging having place during the Cultural Week.

The jury was formed by two local businessmen, Mari Ángeles, from the bookstore "San Mar" and Carlos, from "Campanula" flowers shop, and the Youth Area technician of the City of Santa Marta de Tormes.

DESFILE DE PELUQUERÍA Y MODA

      El pasado miércoles los alumnos de los dos ciclos formativos tuvimos una experiencia inolvidable: participamos en nuestro primer desfile de peluquería y moda, un evento que ha podido llevarse a cabo gracias a la colaboración y el trabajo de todos: alumnos, profesores, cines Van Dyck, centro comercial El Tormes, Ayuntamiento de Santa Marta de Tormes, Cortefiel, Leticia Gueimonde, Sephora y floristería Campánula.

                  HAIRDRESSING AND FASHION CATWALK

      Last Wednesday, two formation courses students have had an unforgettable experience:we participated in our first show of hairdressing and fashion, an event that has been carried out with the collaboration of all students, teachers, cinemas Van Dyck, "El Tormes" shopping mall, City of Santa Marta de Tormes,Cortefiel, Leticia Gueimonde, Sephora and Campanula flowers shop.

VISITAMOS LA DEHESA SALMANTINA DE "CASTRO ENRÍQUEZ"

Ayer por la mañana tuvimos la gran suerte de poder acercarnos a visitar Castro Enríquez, una finca típica de la dehesa salmantina. Nos recibieron estupendamente; en un gran salón nos explicaron lo que íbamos a ver y, como éramos un grupo un poco numeroso, nos dividieron en dos; hicimos una ruta a pie por la dehesa mientras nos explicaban la flora, cómo se crea una dehesa, cómo es el contacto con los toros... Después fuimos al tentadero y nos explicaron el sistema de funcionamiento. Luego tuvimos un ratito de tiempo libre. Finalmente fuimos al centro de interpretación donde vimos un vídeo y una exposición.

      CASTRO ENRÍQUEZ DEHESA FROM SALAMANCA VISIT

Yesterday morning, we had great luck as we could visit Castro Enriquez, a typical farm pasture Salamanca. They greeted us wonderfully;they explained us what we were about to see in a large hall.

As we were a bit large group, they divided in two mini groups; we did a walk tour through the paddock and they explained us what is the flora, how a pasture is created, how it is their bulls contact...

Afterwards, we went to the corral and they explained the operating system. Then, we had a little bit of free time. Finally, we went to the interpretation center where we saw a video and an exhibition.
